Anthony Court has been studying systems of health, healing, meditation and self-defence for over 34years. He has taught and given workshops in Britain and Southern Ireland, and holds regular classes in Wales. He has been studying Taiji and Qigong for the past 26 years, 20 of those with his friend and instructor Master Erle Montaigue (Master Degree China) and also with many other world renowned teachers such as: Master Ji Jian-Chen, Professor Chee Soo, Michael Phillips (U.S.A.) Robin Johnston (New Mexico) In 1995 he was asked to demonstrate his Taiji in Europe largest festival of “Chinese Internal Arts" and two years later won a Gold Medal (instructor forms). He has also worked as an international judge.

 Anthony has studied Meditation and related subjects with many Tibetan Buddhist Teachers including H.H. The Dali Lama, H.H. Penor Rinpoche, H.H. Dilgo Khyentse Rinpoche, Chögyal Namkhai Norbu Rinpoche, Sogyal Rinpoche (author of the Tibetan Book of Living and Dying) and in the Ancient Bön Tradition of Tibet with Lama Khemsar Rinpoche.

He has studied “Dynamic Healing” with Jane Tinworth (subject of BBC 2’s programme “Man Alive”), Assemblage Point Therapy with Dr Angela Blaen and he currently works at the Swansea Clinic of Chinese Medicine as a Qigong Therapist, and teaches in the area.

A senior instructor W.T.B.A. and Tai Chi Union of Great Britain, a member of the Qigong Research Institute of America, accredited Therapist with the Complimentary Medical Association of Great Britain, Member of the Writers Guild. A member of the British Taoist Society, and the Society for Shamanic Practitioners.
